I can’t fault my visits to the PICC clinic, the ladies go above and beyond especially when I have had issues. Particularly [name removed] who goes out of her way to help and follows up to make sure I’m okay.

I have been referred for my back and this physio has been a total waste of time! I attend to be given a few exercises and told to come in 3/4 weeks!! I have had private physio in the past and they get their hands on you and actually do something, the physio does nothing to my back jus demonstrates exercises ans says come back! I can youtube this much info myself! Not pleased at all, still in the same pain as before!
Suggested improvements
Actually give the patient some physiotherapy instead of sittin on a chair and be shown exercises ans told to go home and do them! Should not have to pay privately to get some proper physiotherapy!!

The staff are too busy having their own gossip sessions to actually care for patients.
I am 10 weeks pregnant and went to wexham due to sever pain.
I was told to provide a urine sample which I was left holding for 2.5 hours.
I’m assuming I was supposed to test it myself clearly!
Every time I tried to speak to someone
They were not interested.
It was not even a busy day!
The staff just do not care!
No one is interested in actually carrying out their jobs.
The lady that did my bloods was so harsh she hurt me more than necessary! I’m severely bruised.

Employ staff that understand their role and the duty of care that is required with it!

Open place where everyone could here the conversation.. worse it was in a supermarket and I ended up not disclosing my health status.. no service was given to me despite having a letter

Closed space for privacy, and accept at least that I got a letter for the treatment not turning me down aaying letters were being govennto everyone

I had health issues and I panicked because I am worried about my health but the nurses calmed me and made sure I was okay. I cried but they didn’t complain. They were really kind and help me and tried to reassure me. I am grateful.

Nothing at the moment. I was satisfied. I hope I find a better solution for my sexual health
